Another survey, this 'un from Reggie:
how many books do you own?
I'm not sure... 50-70 would be a ballpark figure. I haven't been keeping my collection updated. No money. :)
what's your favorite book?
Mayor of Casterbridge by Thomas Hardy. And Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder. If only I had a copy of the Lord of the Rings Trilogy...
what's the worst book you've ever read?
The Silmarillion by JRR Tolkien. I couldn't stand the style of writing, and I couldn't follow the plot.
what is the longest (thickest) book you have ever read?
The Lord of The Rings Trilogy, the three books in one compilation— which I borrowed from my school library— 2000? pages. Technically, that isn't long (it's a three-book compilation)... so I guess Clancy's Executive Orders which was 1200++ pages or something...
who's your favorite author?
Authors. Clancy, Tolkien, Dostoevsky, and Dame Agatha Christie
have you ever cried over a book?
Nope.
what book made you laugh so hard?
I can't remember...
what was the last book you've read?
Gates, the biography of Bill Gates. I was doing a paper on computer software, so I had to read that one.
what book would you like to read next?
what book has changed your life?
College Algebra by Rees, Sparks, & Rees.
No, just kidding. :) I'll tell you when I get to find that book.
