  • Mikhail online: Tech geek musings and other stuff. One of a handful techie guys I know who can converse about parallel programming, Linux, and life in one sitting.
  • The Fishbowl: Charles Miller's weblog: Interesting insights from a real deal programmer. LiveJournal users can subscribe to his RSS feed by adding this user, or going here and subscribing to his feed.
  • Don't Know Either: Teresa Tschetter's web comic. Interesting and funny stuff. Some geek references though, be forewarned.
  • The Bastard Operator from Hell.
  • SourceForge: A great resource for free and open source software
  • The C2 Wiki: The pioneer WikiWiki system. A lot of discussion about computer science, both from a practical and theoretical perspective, from programmers and practicioners.
  • The IBM AlphaWorks: IBM's laboratory for open source technologies. Check out Jikes, BabbleNet, and the research Java VM.
