  • Caveat: I am currently enrolled in a certain IT education system known for its ads featuring two teen actresses, one of which is associated with the so-called "jologs" and "bakya" crowd, with the other being too sugary-sweet and having a gratingly high-pitched voice. The opinions presented herein are my own and not my school's— besides, I honestly dislike the place, and am there on a mere formality (I need a damned diploma).

  • There will be an online meeting tomorrow evening at 9pm for the Software Freedom Day this September. The meeting will be held over Yahoo! Messenger. If you're interested in helping out, feel free to join us tomorrow. Contact me by sending an IM to Y!ID cyberlizard0 tomorrow evening to join in.

  • Total number of books owned: I haven't done inventory on my shelf yet, but I estimate between 70 to 120 books, mostly non-fiction books, reference material, and sundry manuals.

    The Proverb of Hunger
    To a hungry man
    Even the blandest of scraps
    Is tasty and good.

  • Haikus

    Paper
    A vast field of white
Taunts, teases me to tame it,
    Plow it with my pen.

  • YAM/Q: Seven Things

A meme that I've already answered to some extent, but will answer anyway. :P

  • Amazingly Dazed

To say that the past month or so has been a wonderful whirlwind for me would be like saying the universe started off with a bang: pure understatement, and it doesn’t quite describe the impact of it all, and You Simply Had To Be There to really, really understand it. I’m living a semi-charmed life. I attended the first live jazz performance of my life, I got to talk to a real life jazz artist, I am surounded by wonderful friends, I am doing something I love while studying— so on and so forth, including certain events I will perhaps divulge one day.
